“Mushroom Tikka is a flavourful veg Barbecue dish where tender mushrooms are marinated in a rich blend of hung curd, spices, and ginger–garlic paste, along with crunchy bell peppers. The marinade coats the mushrooms thoroughly, giving them a bold, smoky, and spicy taste once cooked. Although traditionally tikka is grilled or roasted, this version is deep fried, resulting in a crispy exterior while retaining the juiciness of the mushrooms inside.
