At Chef & Crew, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service staff while ensuring smooth scheduling and reliability.
You may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting us directly through our website or via our support email help.chefandcrew@gmail.com. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a partial charge to compensate for the chef’s reserved time and preparation.
If you wish to modify your booking (such as changing the date, time, or service type), please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on staff availability. In cases where rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
If a customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of service, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Our team and staff value their time and effort, so we encourage you to be available during your scheduled booking.
In rare cases, Chef & Crew may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, emergencies, or safety concerns. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled service at your convenience.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences once the service is completed, or in cases of customer misconduct, false information, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
